Integrated T-Terminal Block
Flame-Retardant Type: Designed for T-junctions of flame-retardant cables, injection-moulded from high-quality reinforced, flame-retardant, and high-temperature-resistant engineering plastic insulation.
Fire-Resistant Type: Designed for T-junctions of fire-resistant (including mineral-insulated fire-resistant) cables, fabricated from fired mineral insulating refractory materials, capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 1500°C.
Sealing Tape
Function
Wrapped around the outer sheaths of the main cable and branch cables, it seals the clearances between the cables and the respective feedthrough opening (for the main cable) and branch outlet in the protective enclosure, thereby preventing the ingress of dust and solid particulates into the housing.

•Fire Resistance Performance: When exposed to fire at temperatures of 750 °C to 800 °C for 90 minutes, the circuit integrity is maintained throughout the exposure.
•Ingress Protection Rating: IP65 – provides complete protection against solid foreign objects and dust, and is resistant to rain and water jets; suitable for non‑immersion applications.
•Insulation Resistance: At 90 % relative humidity, with a test voltage of 1 kV applied, the phase‑to‑phase insulation resistance exceeds 10 000 MΩ.
•Dielectric Withstand Voltage: At 90 % relative humidity, with an applied voltage of 3.5 kV for 5 minutes, no phase‑to‑phase breakdown or flashover occurs.
•Standards Compliance: The product meets the requirements for conductor continuity, circuit integrity, thermal cycling tests, and other specified parameters as set forth in:
• GB/T 19216.21‑2003 "Tests on electric cables or optical fibre cables under fire conditions – Circuit integrity – Part 21: Test procedures and requirements – Cables rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1 kV";

•Certified Testing: The product has been successfully tested and certified by the National Engineering Laboratory for High‑Speed Railway Construction Technology, the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials, the National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Wire and Cable, and Oukamu Electric Co., Ltd., with all tests passed.

•Flame retardancy: After the supply flame is removed (flame application time 30s), the self-extinguishing time is less than 15s.
•Protection rating: IP65 (prevents ingress of foreign objects, dust, rain, and jet water; suitable for non-immersion applications).
•Insulation resistance: At 90% humidity, test voltage 1kV, phase-to-phase insulation resistance > 2000MΩ.
•Withstand voltage: At 90% humidity, applied voltage 3.5kV for 5 minutes, no phase-to-phase breakdown.
